Rick’s career began as president of TMPWest, a div of TMP Worldwide and the company that built the Monster.com brand. He then started Score Recruitment in 2001, with a strong focus on the recruitment of sales talent. Throughout his career he has specialized in personnel recruiting and managing enterprise, consultative and transactional sales teams.
Since then the company has expanded, placing candidates for our clients in Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, HR, Technology/AI/IT as well as all levels of sales, including transactional, consultative and enterprise!
